"Normally we are very happy with our stays at your hotel, which is why we chose it again for our recent visit in the apartment. However, this time we experienced a few issues that we wanted to share. There was no towel or cloth available in the apartment to dry the plates we used. We asked for some towels, but unfortunately we did not receive any. Since the apartment includes kitchen amenities, it would be helpful to have something available to dry dishes. In addition, the hairdryer stopped working after about one minute of use. We mentioned these issues to the staff during our stay and were told they would pass the information on to management. We wanted to follow up so you are aware of it. Overall we still enjoy staying at your hotel, and we hope these small issues can be improved for future guests."

"Modern property with good facilities. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice atmosphere at the rooftop bar and restaurant with music some evenings. A little out from the city centre but subway station very near to take you quickly into the centre. Only issue was the tiles in the bathroom appeared stained. It was probably just the type of tiles rather than being dirty, but it was a little disconcerting. "

"This is by far the best value-for-money hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is very professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is perhaps one of the best in Santiago. It is located in a quiet and safe street, surrounded by restaurants and stores. If you ever stayed at The Chandler Hotel in NYC, the Capital Bellet Hotel exceeds it in value by miles. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Santiago."
