"Awesome place in the middle of the main shopping area of Santiago. Would definately stay again. Only critisism would be the power points. Most hotels have USB A/USB C power points now. Be nice if they upgraded them."

"We loved the location. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Emilio at the front desk demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, care, and attentiveness. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also want to thank the concierge team, especially Anna and Robert (or the gentleman with the longer hair—we unfortunately don’t remember his name).
