Rooms were clean, sparsely furnished but adequate for a short stay. The air conditioning worked fine. The bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was good. The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful. I will stay here again.

Room was quite spacious but no fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is drinking water in the breakfast area. Location wise, the path to the hotel seems a bit sketchy at night. It’s a 30 min walk to the main attractions. There are lots of things to explore on the way so not bad. Overall a good place to stay at.

A nice corner in Santiago

This is a small hotel. The personnel are very courteous and friendly. The closest trains stop is only two blocks away. We found a nice Peruvian restaurant in the area. It is not luxurious, but they make you feel at home. They speak English well.

I was so happy with this hotel. The room and all the common areas were immaculate, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast had a wide range of options (fruit, yogart, eggs, juice, coffee, meat and cheese, and lots of breads and pastries). The hotel is about a 7 minute walk to the Santa Isabel metro and 15 minute walk to the "Little Italy" area with lots of shops and dining. Most of all the staff here were very kind and professional, and extremely patient with my very limited Spanish.

Excellent and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Front desk assisted us booking taxis etc. We initially had a twin room on the ground floor next to the breakfast area which was quite loud. The front desk staff kindly moved us to a different room which was very quiet. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The staff was unilingual Spanish speaking.

The hotel itself felt very safe, though the area wasn’t great. It’s a short walk to the Italia area which has a great assortment of restaurants and shops. Sound carries quite bad from the hallway/stairwell but otherwise it’s quiet enough. The price is right, just maybe be careful if you plan on being out past 10pm.

Cute clean little place. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Simple breakfast included. Room was modern clean and very well kept throughout my stay. Very walkable location within a mile or so of most tourist hot spots and only about two blocks from subway station for anywhere else. Great place at a great price.

Bom hotel. Próximo a metrô e centro

Bom hotel. Próximo a estações de metrô. O bairro não é dos melhores. Mais simples e não muito bom de andar a noite. Não tem elevador. Café da manhã não optamos. Achamos caro pelo que oferta. O atendimento é muito bom. Você pode guardar na geladeira coisas que compra na cidade para tomar café ou comer depois. Local de fácil localização para as vans de passeio te pegar. Banheiro pequeno e com cortina. Não tem box de vidro. No Chile é difícil ter. Só nos hotéis muito grandes. Tem aquecedor e ar condicionado que funcionam bem. Recomendo pelo custo benefício.

Excelente hotel, nas condições oferecidas. Poderia ter alguns ajustes, como iluminação melhor no banheiro, especial no box. Frigobar também falta, é muito quente e seco no verão. De resto tudo ótimo. Não contratei o café da manhã, achei caro pelo oferecido, mas as padarias próximas são ótimas.

Foi uma viagem de laser, o hotel era bom, cama macia e lençóis bons. O banheiro era bem pequeno, mas cumpriu o seu propósito. O hotel não tinha café da manhã e o que cobravam era 10.000 CPL por pessoa, muito caro.
