"Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. "The place was very relaxing. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The rooms were updated. It was very convenient to have the indoor pool in the room. Overall rating exceeds my expectation. The only place in Los Banos that had indoor pool option. It was well worth it. Just wish the site will update City of Springs availability. "Helpful, accommodating, kind and couteous staff. Affordable ammenities and commodities. Well equipped and comfortable cabins with complete kitchen, bath and shower and overlooking lakeview. Only downside is the ants which is un controllable but they gave inseticide for prevention. Very peaceful and breathaking views of Lumot Lake. "Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Two small points to know. First, there was no inside the hotel food service since the restaurant was closed due to Covid. Hotel staff was very nice and ordered food from outside which was delivered. The next day, they ordered food from Jollibee.
