"スタッフのおばあちゃんが優しかった。 建物もポルトガルらしさが感じられてよかった。 部屋も清潔で、喧騒がなく、水と空気が良くて気持ちよかった。LisbonよりもLusoの方がまったり出来て好きです。 狭く曲がりくねった道が多いこと、急斜面が多いこと、道にゴミがないこと、伝統的な家が多いこと、食べ物等、私の出身である日本の地方都市に似ているなと思った。 Lusoでは小鳥の囀りで目が覚め、夕暮れに教会の鐘が1時間か30分おきくらいに鳴る。日本の地方では、教会の鐘が、お寺の鐘か小学校のチャイムに置き換わるくらいで、やはり似ているな、と。"

"Je n’ai pas pu entre r en possession des codes d’entrée et je n’ai pas eu de réponse au no de téléphone de dépannages. Pas eu de contact avec du personnel. Jen’ai eu d’autre choix que de trouver et PAYER un hôtel. Donc très mauvaise expérience avec R3 service et Expedia."

"Fomos no inverno e para chegar ao SPA o trajeto é feito por fora do hotel, sair da piscina ou da sauna com o corpo quente e depois sair no tempo gelado é terrivel, como sugestão um caminho direto por dentro do hotel x spa. Demais tudo ok"

"OK, but! Bad smell of body odour as you enter the room. No real air conditioning control ( the controls are locked to limit ). Floor of bathroom damaged by repeated water splashing from the shower. Floating floor in the bathroom, which is a no no, if you care. Shower not so clean at the jonction of glass and floor. So they need to rethink the approach of customer experience!! "
