"This property is not kid friendly. There is no entertainment. They don’t have a club. The check-in was a nightmare - we arrived at 2pm and didn’t get to leave the lobby until 6pm - they said room wasn’t available but wouldn’t allow access to the property either. We were a group of 20 with 10 kids. The staff at the buffet was very rude - I would not go back there again."

"This little hotel is a gem. Clean, quiet, nice rooms with a/c, tv, free Netflix, free wifi and super friendly staff. The hotel is located near the Ciudad Colonial and at walking distance from Malecón de Santo Domingo. There are plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. Large, modern shopping centers are a short Uber ride away. If you are driving there is ample street parking. Conveniently two “colmados” are just a few meters away. They offer drinks and food items. I highly recommend...

"My experience wasn’t what I expected. First they tried to overcharge me while I had my reservation booked for 1 night, they charged me for 4 nights. Second I was trying to communicate with them but nobody was able to understand since they don’t speak English I had to use Google Translate. Other than that everything was okay."
