"Checking-In was good. Apartment was cleaned upon arriving, however we had to wait past the 4pm check-in. The apartment needs to be renovated. Kitchen and bathrooms. The AC went off at 2am and it got insanely hot. Our family of 7 all woke up. Only bedroom AC's (3) were on. Our last day in the afternoon the AC went of while we were cooking lunch. After showing my confirmation email and credit card charge the front desk called the owner who said she was far away and there was nothing she could do since the unit was occupied already. "Terrible experience. This hotel isn’t open. One part is under construction and the other part won’t be open until next year sometime. It’s been like that since August but yet you can still book a room? Doesn’t make sense at all. And it’s non refundable as well so you get put at some other hotel. Just would’ve been nice to know that I wasn’t getting what I paid for. "
