"This is a very lovely ecuadorian style hotel, with very friendly staff. It has marvelous decorations all over, the beds are comfortable, the showers are hot. It does not have elevators, but the staff happily carried our bags to the third floor, where our room overlooked a plaza. The breakfast was made to order with a marvelous bowl of fresh fruit. It is right in the heart of the old city and was quite safe to walk at night. It was so nice to stay in a hotel that was different from the cookie cutter american type of hotel. "

"The fitness center, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge and steam room were all really nice and new and clean. Room was super big and comfy. Staff was nice. 100% best hotel ive stayed at in a lont time. And for the price as an american you cannot beat it"

"The suites in this place are nice, good space. The staff top to bottom was great, except the older lady who works day shifts in the front desk. She might be the only person there who didn't like her job and she didn't seem to care. Just as long as you stay away from her, all else are good there."
