Hotel Butik di Santo Domingo

"Nice room. Comfortable bed. Owner and son inlaw extremely helpful when I had a issue with rental car."

"We love the property and it is not the first time we stay… Our only problem is the parking other then this problem it is a beautiful property and we will recomended to any one looking for stay in the colonial area."

"Fue una gran estadía, el hotel está ubicado en una buena zona y nos sentimos seguras en todo momento, el lugar es bonito y bastante limpio, todo el personal fue muy amable pero tuvimos la oportunidad de interactuar más con Omar, quien nos ayudó a buscar transporte, nos dio recomendaciones de distintas cosas que hacer o restaurantes en Santo Domingo y cuando no tuvimos tiempo de tomar el desayuno una mañana, nos llevó fruta, granola y yogurt esa misma noche."

"I’m a regular at the property. It’s become like Cheers where everybody knows my name. As a digital nomad, this location has what I need to conduct my business online: good Internet, connection, supportive staff, and enough restaurants to grab a quick bite in between assignments."

"Super great customer service"

"Location - excellent base, walking distance to all site within Zona colonial! Staff - Polite and very helpful, especially Anna! Shout out. They went extra mile to ensure we get a good and safe parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good too, perfect portions! Very rustic and modern hotel, small but has character."

"I had a wonderful stay at Barceló Santo Domingo! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The food was delicious, with great quality and flavor. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s rest. What made the experience even better was the staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of....

"The best breakfast ever!"

"I loved the location of the hotel; it is very well centered on the malls and tourist destinations. What I like most was the customer service of all the staff. They were very friendly and always willing to help. Made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"So to be fair your staying in a 500 year old building, the room is small but very cool. The property is beautiful, the history is wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only improvements I think could be made is a refrigerator in the room and more than a commercial hand soap dispenser in the bathroom, provide at least some basic soap and shampoo. Overall we had a great time here and will most likely come back."

"Really lovely staff, very tranquil and beautiful gardens out back with plenty of area to sit and enjoy a drink or read a book. Very clean room, nice towels, well functioning air conditioning, nice hot water in the shower and great water pressure. Definitely not really quiet on the street outside though, in the very early morning.... so not great if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in. Inside the hotel itself is quiet and tranquil, but you can hear noise from the street outside the room,...

"Basic no expensive hotel ,in a good condition ,close to restaurant and malecon, supportive staff,"
