I notified the front desk twice in one night that there was no water coming out the shower or anyother faucets in the room in the room I wasn't able to brush my teeth, also the staff gave me some coffee packages to brew coffee but there was no coffee maker in the room. No warm water shower was making noise and the Jacuzzi staff wasn’t friendly at all one ask for a late check out they agreed yet the card key wouldn’t open the door so had to go to the lobby so they can reactivate after I went up to the 20th floor

Dominican Fiesta Hotel
The breakfast selections were good. There was a staff who always had a lovely smile when I arrived at the restaurant. Her name was Divima. Professional always with a smile.

Renaissance Santo Domingo Jaragua Hotel & Casino
You would expect better from the price you pay. The resort is very outdated. The campus is massive separate buildings. Odd layouts of the the rooms no outlets to charge your phone stains on the floor and very dirty all around
