"Very nice boutique hotel minutes from the train station, Mercato Centrale, and Duomo. Lots of restaurant and shopping options. You couldn't beat the location. We took a taxi from the station to the hotel, but really it is so walkable so don't do that. The beds were a bit hard and the room decor minimal, but the room itself was clean. Note that there are no elevators. We stayed twice. The first time we knew that we would have to carry our luggage up stairs to reception, then our room was...

"Great location, great staff. We stayed in second floor, the lift only goes to first floor so I had to carry my daughter. Thankfully they locked the buggy on ground floor in kitchen, otherwise I had to carry that as well. Breakfast was ok."
