I love how safely I felt while staying in Alunia Incognito Suites, the staff were amazing, understandably and welcoming. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet and lovely place to stay in while visiting Pyrgos.

Lovely room - with great facilities. Staff were extremely helpful helping book an ATV to get around. Was much smoother than trying to book online. Will definitely be going back!

Our stay was perfect. Jhoana was beyond helpful and assisted us with everything we needed to know to maximize our trip. She also assisted with car rental which would have been one of our biggest regret about the trip! The accommodations were perfect, the pool was cleaned daily and the location was perfect for avoiding the busy life of Fira and to enjoy the subtle but lively Pyrgos.

Clean, beautiful, quiet, modern, and I had my own private pool. It is considered a plunge pool, but believe me, it is quite big, clean, and cozy. I had the most amazing Santorini sunset view from my room. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and very attentive to my needs. From the get-go she provided me with a map of Santorini, the places that I should see, available tours, and a way to contact her if I needed any help any time of the day. The hotel is away from all tourist attractions, but I had rented a car, and driving around was part of the fun, so I didn't mind at all.I didn't want to leave this hotel. Great experience overall

Joanna, the receptionist was amazing. She literally was the best part of my vacation as she was very attentive, kind, professional, sweet, and overall gave great suggestions for me to choose from to make my trip the best I've had in awhile. The suite was well maintained and was nicely located with great views of the sea, the winery, and the villages of Prygos. The plunge pool was very nice, though I didn't expect it to be salt water. My only critique is that the housekeeper knocked on my room door really hard each day which often caused disturbance to my sleep. So as a recommendation, it would be helpful to the future guests if Alunia Incognito Suites provide Do Not Disturb cards or signs to hang on the door so that housekeeping knows when not to disturb. Otherwise, I had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to all future travelers. Joanna deserves a raise. She's the best!!

Excellent ** very helpful staff, lovely sunsets and views. Breakfast served in room every morning was ideal. Private pool was perfect. Good location only 10 min walk to some very good restaurants. Would recommend to hire a vehicle to explore the rest of the island. We would definitely return.

We had a fantastic, quiet and relaxing time. The room was beautiful and clean as was the pool area. The room was cleaned on a daily basis as was the pool services daily. Staff was incredibly polite and hostess' are the best we've seen in Greece yet. Thank you Maria and Anna for all your help during our stay, for the impeccable recommendations as well as taking the time to have these booked for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Allunia Suites. We loved that we had our own space, own pool and weren't surrounded by general hotel noise. Saying that the pool dripping noise did wake us up a few times, even with ear plugs in! Breakfast is delivered to the room, which was OK. The last few days the croissants weren't very fresh, but were OK. The room could do with a few more amenties, in terms of being able to make some food, even just plates and cutlery as you do have to eat out all of the time. We stayed in room 8 and it could do with extra privacy from the car park. We were straight out into the view of everyone in the car park, which was a bit awkward at times! There was privacy from the other side, so not sure why this is the case. Other than those things, we can't fault it. The room was spacious, it was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was good, reception were very helpful and it was in an ideal location.

Respectful, kind and helpful staff who are always available whenever they are needed. Manager Maria I can’t thank you enough for all the kindness and assistance you gave while staying at Alunia You warm welcome gave me reassurance from the very first time we met. The property gives one full privacy, the serenity and calm atmosphere was very good. I would recommend Alunia and look forward to going back there in the future.

Excepetional place with beautiful views! We arrieved out our beautiful suite as part of my wifes birthday treat. We were handsomly granted at reception and helped with out bags. Stunning place close to the town of Fira.
