Our stay at Brilliance Suites was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home — more like family than guests. Even though our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until nearly 1:00 AM, the owner personally came out to welcome us and show us to our room, which immediately made us feel cared for and appreciated. Every part of our stay was filled with kindness and thoughtful hospitality. The maintenance manager brought us breakfast each morning, and his wife even made us a homemade apple pie on our last day, which was such a special touch. Nadia at the front desk went above and beyond in every way possible — helping us track down our missing luggage, arranging drivers, ordering food, and assisting with anything we needed throughout our stay. The entire experience was seamless, relaxing, and memorable. The location is peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for a quiet getaway. Thank you to everyone at Brilliance Suites for making this truly a trip of a lifetime.

Very Good, recommend.

The hotel is very beautiful with the perfect view. The location is perfect for a couple trip and if you want to be somewhere quiet with very good views and confortable room. The breakfast is ok, not outstanding, but fine. Imerovigli though is the perfect place to stay, very close to Thira and all the shops and restaurants. And most importantly, its far from the crowds of Oia.

The most fantastic stay

Wow this place was amazing!! It did not feel real! The suite was immaculate, modern and very clean. The pool and outdoor area were so relaxing and I loved spending time out there. The staff were kind, accommodating and very pleasant. I would recommend this place to everyone - great location and stunning views. The atmosphere was very peaceful and tranquil. Definitely worth hiring a vehicle if you are staying here. There is nothing I would change about this place and I would visit again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property, Rooms are clean and outdoor area is spacious. Bus stop close by to get to Oia, market just down the street. It is a short but steeper hill to get up into Imerovigli. ONly con is that the pools are freezing cold. Views are gorgeous of sunrise.

Perfect for honeymoon

This was the best stay that we booked in our Greece trip. Deciding to book in this location was great because it was not very busy like in Oia. Everywhere we wanted to go to was around 20minutes away from this location (we used atv to go around the island). The price is very reasonable for the amenities, service and location. Eleni, from front desk, is the best! She’s very helpful for everything we needed. They made everything smooth and easy gor our stay. We truly enjoyed the island because they are a one-stop shop for reservations, booking excursions, transportation, renting atv, etc. They have room service everyday, serves our breakfast by the pool (while enjoying the scenery), and they are overall very responsive to any questions we have even before we have checked in (communication through whatsapp).

The location was great and quiet. Beautiful view! Private pool outside room was great to have but not heated unfortunately. The staff was very helpful and front desk Despina was a doll and very accommodating to us. You need a car to stay there otherwise you need to walk up steep hills to get to Fira. Cab to Oia or bus takes about 20 minutes

We loved our stay at Brilliance Suites. Staff were very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The room was clean and the view was gorgeous. Note that the deck faces the sun rise side rather than the sunset and the pool is not heated. Therefore, it was a little cold at this time of the year but we still made the most of it when the sun was out. The breakfast was so delicious, especially the Brilliance Super Bowl. The hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of Fira and Oia. Not many things are walking distance and we were fortunate enough to rent a car which was necessary given the hilly roads in the area. We will absolutely return to this hotel again next time we visit Santorini.

Property is lovely with the view and easy to get to town. Walkable to Fira and buses every hour from Fira. Will need to get another bus from fira to the hotel but it is only a 20 minute walk which is amazing for the views. Some of the hotel standards were lower than accepted such as hair on one of the clean towels, some ants in the bathroom on the first day and did not return. The pool cleaning is far too early as two of the days the staff let themselves in to clean the pool at 6:30 in the morning. I would rather a know on the door or when the room is being cleaned for the pool to be cleaned at the same time. This was meant to be an adult only hotel but we did have children in the next apartment which was disappointing as we only wanted an adult hotel as advertised when booking. Only one issue with breakfast when the cheese was off other than that the location and hotel is amazing but would get a hotel in fira next time due to transportation and taxis being at least 30 euro to get to other towns around the island. Our of season for the end of April and beginning of may is great due to less people. If I was to go in the height of summer dinner out and visiting places would have been horrible. Not a place to go in the peek times.

Property was very clean, room cleaned everyday with new towels and bedding, 2 bottles of water in the fridge and supplies stocked up. Breakfast delivered to the room every morning with a great selection and delicious. Staff very friendly, polite, helpful and respectful. Area is very quiet and peaceful with a local supermarket just a few minutes walk away, along with bus top to Oia. We stayed at the property July 2022. The service was impeccable and everything was to a very high standard. They delivery of freshly made breakfast poolside every morning was a lovely touch. The private pool and general layout of the suites gave us a nice sence of privacy & intimacy away from the hustle & bustle of the main town. Highly recommend!!! one of the best hotels I’ve been at! We were in suit 306, with an amazing view and the best part was the private pool that was actually bigger than we expected! Also, the manager panos was amazing!! He gave us tips on places to go to on the island and helped us get the most out of our vacation! Thank you panos, and thanks to all the rest of the brilliance suites team. We will come back to stay at your hotel again in the future for sure!

Brilliance Suites is definitely a highly recommended property to stay at in Santorini. It is at the centre of all major attractions that you need to visit and is only 15 minutes from Oia by car. Very close to the airport and also has an airport shuttle. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and it takes you to all locations. There is also a supermarket and ATM right next to the hotel at a 2 minute walk. The staff are really friendly and housekeeping is on point. The pool is the best bit with its breath taking views. Brilliant Suites, is really a gem. Beautiful room, gorgeous view and the service is absolutely first rate. The staff are a dream – from the moment they welcome you to the moment you leave, nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a smile. The location of brilliant suites is also exceptional. You have beautiful uninterrupted views of the sea, The beautiful countryside just in front of you. Yet a 10 minute walk away is the main town with its beautiful white buildings built into the rocks with wonderful restaurants and bars. All in all, 11 out of 10. It couldn’t have been more perfect
