Our host, Ms Forini was great. The transportation crew that picked us and dropped us were excellent, very hospitable, friendly and punctual when picking and dropping us off as scheduled on schedule. We were very impressed with the genuine friendliness and hospitality by their entire crew. Definately a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The hotel room was terrific and very clean with 2 unique steam saunas which my kid and newphews thoroughly enjoyed. We really enjoyed our stay and a memorable experience. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay, Nikos was an amazing host, welcoming us on arrival and booking taxis and excursions for us. The room with the private hot tub was beautiful. We would highly recommend Floria Suites.

The place is stunning. The decor is beautiful. I loved the private hot tub, it lights up at night. The room has all essential toiletries in case you forgot something. Very easy to communicate, any questions you may have is just a simple text away.

Pros: - Beautiful interior - Plentiful of amenities - Kind and helpful staff especially the cleaning lady - Kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper etc for basic cooking - Welcome biscuits, fruits, water - Daily cleaning is available Cons: - The property location is listed as Fira in the listing, but it is in Karterados. Approximately 20mins walk to Fira - Price for taxi transfer if arranged by the property is higher than if you arrange yourself directly with a taxi company. - Hot tub is not very warm (34degrees). As I am pregnant, this is a suitable temperature, but others may prefer it few degrees warmer. - Not much flexibility with check out time

Really Beautiful room and great service. We loved our stay. The only thing is that it is a little bit far from the main area walking and a bit more off the beaten path than we expected. However the room definitely makes up for it.

Not close to any beaches or major shopping, but a much more authentic feel of Santorini. The hosts were so so kind and the main street right above the hotel is lined with small shops.

Unforgettable experience!

Excellent place! I would recommend it to everyone! The place is very clean, very neat, very confortable for 3 people! The host and the people who work there are very kind and nice! The lady who was cleaning, cleaned perfectly the room every day of our stay! The host was very kind and nice lady! She was always available when we needed her. The owner personally came to see us and brought us complimentary drinks and snacks while we were enjoying the jacuzzi. The location is also excellent. It’s very close to downtown Fira and at the same time the price for the room is so affordable and unbeatable. Free parking, beautiful views, quiet cute street, and one of the best restaurants is just 5 min walking distance! We will definitely come back!

Amazing! Would recommend for anyone to go. The suite was beautiful. Felt really safe. Fonti!! Lovely lady who looked after us throughout our stay, went that extra mile to tell us all the best places. Poppy, amazing lady who cleaned our room every day. Such a nice place with lovely and friendly people. Where the suite is located there is a lot to do, only a 15 minute walk to the city! So much to see and do. Would definitely visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at Floria Suites, we couldn't recommend it enough! The warm welcome received by Ms Fotini and the staff made us feel like we were part of the family. The hospitality was excellent indeed. The room in itself is huge and very tastefully decorated, it feels luxurious and warm at the same time. The spa style bath with private jacuzzi is amazing, the fully equipped kitchen is also excellent and we can only say positive things about the property. We'll be back!

WOW- 5* for sure-- rivals luxury hotels

WOW!! I was very hesitant to book a place with such few reviews. I normally stay at high end properties that are usually 5* around the world and I was beyond impressed. Tons of attention to detail, extremely clean, updated and looked basically brand new! We spent nearly $1000 a night at a hotel in Oia and ended up booking Floria the day-of last minute since we decided to stay on the island 1 night longer. Wish we would have saved our money and stayed here instead of the $1000 a night hotel! So many nice touches I can't even begin to name... Upon checkout we even received customized departure treats for the road. While not in the absolute main area of town, this place is a beautiful oasis from it all. We were just a couple without our kids, but plenty of space for a family with kids in the living room and parents in the bedroom. So unassuming from the outside, but has everything you could ever want inside. BOOK THIS NOW!

Amazing stay at Floria Suites

Our stay at Floria Suites was amazing. The rooms were nice and big - very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor area was great as well as the two indoor pools. Double bathrooms in each of the room as well as a full kitchen with supplies. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Ms Fotini was very helpful and arranged transportation and tours and was available for any questions we had. Anna kept the rooms nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we end up in Santorini!

This property is absolutely amazing! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it. It is very new and modern and we didn’t want to leave. Check in was an absolute breeze and Fontini, the host, is a gem. I would definitely come back over and over again!

We had a great time in Santorini. Floria Suites team was helpful and nice. The suites itself was luxurious. It was new. Comfortable and modern. And we can walked from the suites to Fira for 15-20 mins. It was located in a quiet area. Highly recommended! ❤️

Séjour parfait !

Quelle surprise pour nos quelques jours à Santorin ! Un lieu magique, dans un état irréprochable, du personnel au petit soin... , pour un prix relativement très abordable par rapport aux hôtels grand luxe du même acabit que ceux de la Caldera. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés, c'était vraiment superbe !

Very well appointed!

Just a short stay but our host was excellent! So many little touches in the room. We had the small room but it had everything we needed and was very well appointed, even our own private plunge pool! The only slight downside was the distance from the coast, but if you had a car it would be very very hard to beat. We’d definitely go back.

Amazing property if your looking for jacuzzi and private pool all to your self then this property is it and it very clean and very very very very new so if you guys looking for the best bang for your money then come here. It is a hidden gem and you will enjoy this property it was a really amazing decision and you have to experience the amazing pool and jacuzzi for your self and the host is very nice and she can help you around the island and give you guidance whenever you need and if you book for another night talk to her first about it and I’m very very pleased about my stay thank you
