Highly recommended - unbearable location and views. Hotel staff were helpful and the rooms were unique. Fira was a great location to stay at too.

This its really a 5 🌟 hotel every thing was excelente from the moment we arrived at the airport help with the transfer to the hotel the suite the view the breakfast the people close to everything in the area. Talk about feeling at home! This place took great care of us like royalty! The room was extra clean and sanitized. The service was impecable. The amenities too notch and a view of paradise! Run here don’t walk! Special shout out to Simone our receptionist for going above and beyond in organization.

Great room. Everything was very clean. From the washroom, bed sheets, pool, all very well maintained. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast that was included was quite tasty. I will say you are in the heart of Fira, so you will hear music from the bars/restaurants till around 3-4am. Also keep in mind, since you are literally on the cliff, there are quite a few steps and steep stairs to get up. The view was absolutely breathtaking and would recommend this stay!

What are pleasant surprise for my birthday was spending a night at this lovely place! From the lovely Simona to the food ( soo tasty)and the room (with a beautiful sunset view). I wish we could have stayed a full year.

Excellent location and view. The room is exactly as the pictures and was kept clean. We had a problem where our very heavy bathroom door came off the hinge and cracked, then had no bathroom door the rest of our stay. The server at the restaurant was hard to communicate with and got our order wrong once. Reception staff is not always available. Nothing impacted our trip too much so it was fine. Also there is no private parking for this hotel, not sure why they say there is.

Room was clean. We really liked the layout of this room. Nice to have a sitting area quite removed from the bedding area--and the shower separate from the rest of the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location outstanding. Staff friendly.
