I chose this place based on the high reviews and photos, but it was a disappointing stay.
We stayed in a room with a hot tub (Deluxe Suite) on our honeymoon.
I planned to spend a day relaxing at a hotel and take lots of photos of the changing scenery.
The water in the hot tub was cold. Also, the lights were supposed to come on at night, but they were broken and remained dark.
I complained to the staff, but they did not respond well. I looked at the photos on the hotel's website and liked it because it was beautiful at night, so I expressed my dissatisfaction.
They brought their own lights and put them there for me, but their attitude and hospitality were poor.
Or is it because we are Japanese/Asian?
The problem of breakdowns may be unavoidable, but it's a matter of how you deal with them. I don't recommend this place.
There were many better hotels. Lastly, there seemed to be an ant nest behind the air conditioner in the room, and there was a huge line of ants forming on the wall. Probably lack of maintenance.
