Originally I was supposed to stay at this hotel but due to the storm the property was damage. They were able to move me to another sister hotel near by in Oia, It was extremely gorgeous and it was an upgrade, but it didn't quite fit our trip. We reached out to the manager and she was able to accommodate us to another hotel. It was absolutely beautiful and stunning. The views we got from seeing the sunsets and sunrises were amazing. The breakfast was really good!! Definitely would come back again and stay with Sophia Hotels again!

The stay was wonderful! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but that wasn’t an issue since there are plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafés in town to choose from. We stayed 6 days. After a while you want something different for breakfast, so it was no fault to the property. One tip for travelers — take the local bus instead of a taxi or private car. The bus is clean, comfortable, and very reliable, costing only about €2 per person each way. In comparison, taxis and private transfers can run between $35–$45 one way, so the bus is definitely the smarter and more budget-friendly option. Altogether, a good trip.

BEWARE...PROPERTY IS NOT THE ONE DESCRIBED. Greeted by a member of staff straight from the transfer (that was pre arranged) taken straight to our room. The room and size were ok, it was pretty although there were some signs of wear and tear. A leak down the wall in the hallway, and some MDF above the main door that may have been a temporary fix for something. We quickly discovered the left hand side of the property was out of electricity, so we had to move the fridge. Someone came to look at it. But the problem wasn't fixed. We took a stroll and thought we'd take a dip in the pool. We couldn't find it. Couldn't get hold of the contact so thought we'd try and find reception. We walked into a neighbouring business who called the hotel for us. The lady answered and abruptly told us there was no reception and no pool. Yet both were described or pictured on the booking. We then tried to contact the staff via phone but they wouldn't answer again. We simply wanted to leave and get a refund as the property is not the one in the pictures. We got a text "I'll speak with you tomorrow!" With exclamation mark. The following day the member of staff came to us and told us due to Easter no staff were available. If that's the case they shouldn't be open over that period?! We said we don't care if it's a religious holiday, as we were on honeymoon and their business was open. We were told, "well I don't care it's your honeymoon." Worst travel experience I've ever had.

The view was beautiful, and there were some pretty features such as the ceiling. Overall our experience was not great due to the service being not very hospitable, the furnishings old and not kept up, and less clean than expected. Rust on the hinges, black spots on the sink basin, very dirty outdoor lounge cushions. Would expect more for what we paid. The location is also a bit out of the way.

10/10! Amazing stay at the Sophia Boutique hotel, great food, lovely views and only 10 minute walk from Oia, Santorinis famous town. We stayed for 4 nights but would have happily stayed longer. The hotel feels like a semi private villa and serves fresh, delicious food. It's ideal for couples. Highly recommend to this hotel to anyone looking for the full Santorini experience at an affordable price.

Wow this place is amazing, the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a plunge pool across from our room which was for our use only, this was fantastic. From here you could watch the sunset in the pool or alternatively go into the main area and watch. Just beautiful.
