They served a welcome refreshment during checkin. Staff was friendly and baggage was delivered to room while we completed our checkin. A tour of the facilities before heading to our room too! Breakfast was spectacular- plenty of options - bountiful buffet and you could order omelets. Coffee or Cappuccinos made to your liking. Nice pool with bar for the afternoons. They can assist with transportation if needed too.

As a family of 3-myself, husband and 16 yr old son we enjoyed our stay. We had the room with the loft above and it worked out good. The pool was only open a couple days because of weather but the water was too cold to go in anyways. We enjoyed laying in the sun on the lounge chairs enjoying a cocktail from the bar. The bar staff is great! very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was so good! Excellent quality of food and the choices changed slightly everyday. Great perk and helped save some money for sure. The location is just outside of Fira-easy 5 minute walk to town. I would stay here again and would recommend.

Great option, 10 minutes from town with views of sunset and sunrise. The service staff was amazing, Amin and his bar tender at night and Dora and her colleague in the morning had smiles and no request was not tended to very quickly. I really appreciated my stay and believe you will too!

Friendliest staff ever, lovely and quiet in October, immaculately clean, great breakfast, complimentary bottle of fizz with our Expedia booking and less than 10 minutes walk to Fira. We booked a Caldera view … didn’t realise that also overlooked the road so if we stay again I’ll book a non-Caldera view. No hesitation in recommending this hotel. Thanks for a great holiday.

The Majestic Hotel is a beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff who are always friendly and welcoming. The pool area is large with plenty of sitting . Our room was very spacious with a Hugh balcony where we could see the sunset every evening . The bathroom was very clean and a good size . We had breakfast included in our room booking and it was amazing!!! The staff there were incredible . A great place to stay in Santorini

Very lovely hotel and facilities. About 10-15 minutes walk from Thira town centre with lots of shops and eateries. Hotel staff were very hospitable. Breakfast was lovely .
