Our family of 4 had the entire apartment and we loved it! It's located Pyrgos, which was my favorite village on the entire island. It's quite the climb up, but it's entirely worth the views and peacefulness the apartment offered. We even had a special visitor each night, a sweet kitty that our family fell in love with. Also, we found the most perfect Cafe just down a few flights of stairs and enjoyed Delaxo SO very much! We loved our stay, and our hostess was amazing!

The villa was beautiful. The host was very helpful and assisted with all transportation for any activities we had scheduled. We did not know it was good walk up a hill on cobble stones. Not ideal if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise a peaceful place to stay and enjoy.

Absolutely AMAZING

This place was perfect! Brings the whole experience of greek island life to a whole other level. This house is spacious, tastefully decorated, well stocked and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were well situated and were well informed about the house and the island. I highly recommend this place and would stay here over and over again.

Great experience at the highest part of Santorini in a cave house! My 24 yr old son had the 2nd level suite and enjoyed the hot tub in the private courtyard. He was able to carry my luggage up the many steps otherwise, I would have taken only what I needed in a handbag and leave my luggage in the rental car.

Absolutely AMAZING

This place couldn’t be more PERFECT!! Brings the whole experience of greek island life to a whole other level. This house is spacious, tastefully decorated, well stocked and the hosts. The property was clean when we arrived. Bedrooms were nice and cozy. But there were several other issues we encountered. (1) The property is up the hill, and if you have heavy luggage, it's a difficult task to move it on your own. We got help from the guy with the donkeys. (2) The bathroom on the main floor had clogging issues in the shower area. By the second day the sewage backed up, and the whole washroom floor was flooded with dirty water and bad stench. The issue was fixed by the hosts before we got back at night. (3) The main reason for booking this property was the hot water tub outside. But it wasn't heating. Upon reporting, the host got someone to come over on day 2 of our stay and fixed the heating issue. Later on day 2, one of the neighbors complained, telling us that they had a deal with the hosts that the hot water tub will not be used after 11pm due to the noise it created. Bottom line, it was not a worry-free stay at the location.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Small Architect’s House. The property was amazing and very comfortable. John is a great host. He made sure that we were comfortable and responded promptly when we asked him any question. He also arranged transportation for us. Thank you John. I am hoping to come back and stay at this property in the future.

Die Unterkunft ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos zu ahnen ist, wirklich traumhaft! Einziges kleines „Minus“: wer gerne selbst kocht ist in der sehr kleinen Küche mit minimaler Ausstattung etwas eingeschränkt… aber ich nehme an, dass die meisten Menschen die eine solche Unterkunft buchen sowieso lieber auswärts essen gehen, wir waren da sicher eine Ausnahme ;-). Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert und der Kontakt mit dem Host klappte einwandfrei und war sehr angenehm! Gerne wieder!!

It was an incredible week the place is very nice and clean. Tony and Maria help a lot and are always available when you have any questions they are very attentive the delicious breakfast highly recommended if I return to Santorini I would stay in this same place thank you very much for everything!!!!!

This is a great location. The house is clean and comfortable and in a wonderful location of Pyrgos. Nikos was a great resource and easy to connect with any requests. I would definitely stay here again. The views from the 2nd floor patio are amazing!

Maria and Tony were exceptional! There were some flight concerns on the way there and they were willing to accommodate for us! Tony was very prompt with breakfast every morning and he was easily reachable if we needed anything at all. The view and location was perfect, exactly what we wanted. There was a great little restaurant rifht down from us called Rymidi that had wonderful food and at night the view was even more spectacular and it was peaceful!
