Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Dream Vacation at Vineyard Estates – August 2025 From the moment we booked, Matthew, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure our trip was seamless. Before we even arrived, he personally coordinated transportation from the airport straight to the villa, which set the tone for the excellent hospitality we received all week. One of the things I appreciated most was how accurate the property description was. Too often in my past travels, I’ve found that the photos and details don’t always match reality — but Vineyard Estates exceeded expectations. Not only were the pictures of the inside and outside of the villa completely accurate, but the distances listed were spot on as well: the beach was truly just a short walk away, and the food mart, shopping, and restaurants were only minutes from the villa. That honesty and transparency made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — close enough to everything we wanted to experience, yet peaceful and private enough to feel like our own oasis. Saving the best for last: Matthew provided true 5-star service. His communication was outstanding from start to finish — responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our vacation one for the books. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Greece at Vineyard Estates. This was truly a dream vacation!!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à la Vineyard Exclusive Suite ! L’endroit est absolument magnifique : suite spacieuse, décorée avec goût, piscine privée idéale pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. On profite vraiment du calme, loin de l’agitation, tout en étant proche des plus beaux sites d’Akrotiri et des plages. Un immense merci à Mathieu et sa famille, qui sont aux petits soins. Leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leurs attentions font toute la différence. On se sent immédiatement comme à la maison, mais dans un cadre de rêve. Un vrai coup de cœur, nous reviendrons sans hésiter. ❤️

Beautiful property with lovely staff. Mathew was so helpful and kind. The property is in a quaint area, not the same hustle and bustle as Fira and Oia. It’s closer to the beaches where we took a catamaran around. Rent an ATV if you need to get around and explore.

Vineyard Exclusive Suites was a fantastic choice! The room was beautiful, always clean, and offered a stunning view of the ocean. The property is in a serene location right next to the ruins of Akrotiri, the red beach, and caldera beach. A perfect spot to escape from the chaos of Fira and Oia! The property manager, Matthew, and his family were so welcoming and helpful. They pointed us to our favorite restaurants and were always happy to make reservations for us. And the breakfast each day was always delicious and a perfect way to start each day. We can’t wait to return!

Ultimate private relaxation

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave it’s just perfect, rooms and private pools are more beautiful than the pics. A lovely local village is on your doorstep, stunning views of Caldera a one min walk away, Matthew who Manages the site is amazing from bookings in restaurants, transport and spas, to bringing amazing pancakes in the morning. We loved our stay at Vineyard Exclusive Suites! The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great choice of breakfast options. The village of Akrotiri is a couple of minutes walk away and has a good range of restaurants to choose from and a few different shops. Our host Matthew was amazing - he helped us arrange transport and gave us some fantastic recommendations on where to visit around the island. Couldn’t have had a better stay!

This is without question the best holiday we’ve ever had. The vineyards is in a perfect position just on the outskirts of the centre. It takes less than a 5 minute walk to be in the middle of town with lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. I’m aware that there is a character limit so in terms of the suite itself I will just say it was perfect, it looks exactly like the photos. The outside area took our breath away. The pool is gorgeous and the little hammock in the shade was perfect to sit and read. It felt totally private and comfortable. The best part of the whole stay though was Matthew. He gives his whats app details and helped me before we had even left the airport! On arrival he was welcoming and gave us all the key information including recommendations of where to eat that night. We arranged to meet with him one morning to help us plan our stay. We talked through what we could do and he sorted everything for us and I mean everything. A hire car, boat trip, reservations at a local restaurant (including organising a car to take us there and back and organising the best place to sit to see the sunset). He is local so knows who to trust, what the best prices are and what is worth doing and not doing. This was the holiday of a lifetime. The suite would have been reason enough but Matthew made it perfect. Stay here, don’t hesitate for a second. We cannot wait to stay again. If you are reading this Matthew then thank you. You’re a hero!

Excellent location away from the main town busyness yet close enough to drive. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Matthew, he made our trip much more affordable and interesting with his advices & tips about car rental, the city, supermarket, restaurants through out the island. Loved the private pool and one of the best omelette I have tasted away from home. Would definitely recommend this location to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Santorini sanctuary..

Beautiful spot and property with view of Akrotiri town. Staff is the best, and super friendly & helpful. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough nice things about Matthew and his property. We were blown away by how lovely the property and rooms are, the help in activity planning, the hospitality… everything! 10/10 recommend and cannot wait to come back! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
