A bit dated, but amazing views and quiet area. Our room was noisy from the Aircon units outside and the water pump. We were offered a room in another hotel but did not want to leave our view and fantastic service.

Outstanding view of the caldera from the camera so that you can enjoy it while having breakfast served at your balcony. Staff always available to help and assist you with everything.

Traditional Greek welcome

Great value for the money! Staying in a traditional cave suite in Imerovigli was the best choice--so much less cruise traffic. A short walk from excellent restaurants and Thera. Natasha and Spiro really make this place special with excellent recommendations and a delightful breakfast each morning.

ビスタマーレに宿泊予約を入れましたが、混み合っているため姉妹ホテルのレッジーナかカルデラドルフィンスイーツにアップグレードするとのオファーがあり、それぞれ数泊ずつ泊まりました。 ビスタマーレには宿泊していないのですが、散策中に前を通りかかりましたので、立地と雰囲気だけでも参考になればと思います。 イメロヴィグリという地域は、フィラタウンから徒歩圏内です。大通りをまっすぐ歩けば１０分程度ですが、景色をたのしみながら海岸沿いを歩くと20分ほどかかります。しかし、絶景なので写真等撮りながらぜひ海岸沿いを歩いてください。素敵なカフェやレストランもたくさんあります。 フィラに泊まるよりも、お散歩が楽しめるイメロヴィグリの滞在をおすすめします！

Amazing amazing location

Beautiful hotel with amazing view. Just a short distance away from main town of Fira. However, the area offers everything you need. The view is breathtaking. No foot traffic in front of this hotel, therefore complete privacy and quiet. Nothing but unobstructed view of santorini, volcano and sunset from your balcony. There is a few steps you have to climb on your way back out of the hotel, but nothing too crazy. Staff was helpful and rooms were spotless.

The most gorgeous view from our balcony. We were so happy to be upgraded, it was like having our own little house on the Caldera. Natasha at the desk was so friendly with a wealth of information on what to do and book.

10 years ago I stayed in Oia, I a quite famous lovely place. Sadly Oia has become spoiled, the better shops have moved out as well as many of the former restaurant owners. Imerovigli, however, sits proudly atop Santorini itself and retains the Charm of the Island. Now, literally connected to Fira, yet separate and quiet, Imerovigli is where u want to be if you desire the Caldera and Intimacy. Vista Mare Suites sits properly among the best restaurants and high in the view but away from the walking streets. The Hosts are fantastic and will cater to your needs. The rooms are clean and spacious (ours was a two bedroom with two bathrooms and a full kitchen and two terraces, and truly a Cycladic cave, not made to look like one). You will not be disappointed in Staying with Host Natasha at Vista Mare Suites.

Natasha, Speero & Ana are AMAZING!! So sweet, helpful & keep Vista Mare spotlessly clean. We were immediately upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite when we arrived, which was a very pleasant surprise. The location is close to the main road, car rental, restaurants, shopping & bus route. Natasha makes a wonderful breakfast & Speero serves it right on your veranda. She made her orange cake a 2nd time during our stay, special for me, because I told her how much I loved it. They have made our stay PERFECTION!

Absolute heaven on earth...

I believe that Vista Mare means heaven on earth. Or at least it could, based on my wonderful experience at this hotel. What Vista Mare actually means is view of the sea - which this hotel definitely has. Having walked just about the whole island, I can say that the view from the Vista Mare is the best. And the view of the sunset is INCREDIBLE. And the view of the sunset while in a private jacuzzi... It is the best thing I have ever seen. The room was beautiful - classic Santorini room built on the caldera. And the staff were so nice. They brought you a delicious breakfast to your patio every morning, which was pure luxury. Simply put, the Vista Mare was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed.

Gorgeous view of the caldera!

Delicious breakfast served at a time of your choosing on your own private balcony with a stunning view of the caldera- what more could you ask? The staff were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a suite with a private jacuzzi which was a wonderful surprise. No hesitations to stay there again in a heartbeat!

Maravillosa ubicación, el desayuno EXCELENTE.

Fue una gran experiencia estar en Vista Mare. La vista es única y que sirvan el desayuno con horario y vista al mar es fabuloso. La limpieza impecable, la cocineta maravillosa y apoyan con el lavado de trastes. Confort, tranquilidad y buen servicio. Sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Best views and great Santorini experience

An upgrade always helps... We booked a traditional suite and got the deluxe villa, which of course was appreciated. It really is lovely. Staff are friendly, breakfast is good and timing flexible, Only issue is parking, but that is Santorini for you. Well worth a recommendation.

Hotel con bellissima vista sul mare.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo hotel, con stupenda vista sul mare. L'"hotel è pulitissimo ed offre una gustosa e obbondantissima colazione. Lo staff molto disponibile e gentile. Un pensiero speciale per la direttrice Natascia, gentilissima e molto carina nel fornirci tutte le informazioni utili del luogo e nell'aiutarci n qualsiasi modo per ogni nostra necessità. Ancora grazie di tutto e dell'amicizia dimostrata.

Wonderful small cliff side hotel.

Charming room with coffee pot and fridge. Huge delicious breakfast delivered to patio each morning. Natasha went went above and beyond to be helpful--lovely woman. Caldera views spectacular and Imerovigli more beautiful (and much less crowded) than Oia and Fira. Multiple great restaurants very close by. We will stay here again. Far exceeded our expectations.

If you're considering it, you won't be disappointe

Excellent location. Exceptional staff. Alexandra and Petros were unbelievably nice folks. Alexandra proactively contacted us to make sure that we were immediately met for luggage assistance at the drop off site prior to our arrival. She personally came to meet us well after 11pm. Our room was much larger than expected with separate living area and bedroom. Shower area was small but was well worth it for staying in a traditional cave. Breakfast was served on our own balcony so we started the day with the amazing view each day.
