Place bit dirty with dusty, was rented for 4 but there was 2 cups and 2 glasses. Breakfast not enough for 4 people. Also need to rent a car if you want to explore the city which was fine as the place was in a nice quiet area. Amazing view but could improve on cleanliness and breakfast or at least add a microwave so we can make our own breakfast

There is no reception there. Good that I arrived at the time the someone was there. Room is small and basic. However breakfast was amazing. I didn’t feel welcomed yet the person was responsive. When I asked for a blanket at night, she brought it to me. So I appreciated that. So some are ok, some could be improved and some amazing 🤔

Horrible experience

Do not stay here. It is a nightmare. Breakfast came from a filthy kitchen. We didn’t sleep other guest been running non stop and dog scratching the floor and barking. Confronted the guest as we had 3 nights of disturbed sleep i have recorded the noise nothing happened. Complained to the staff nothing happened. Jacuzzi and pool both are dirty. Away from everything you need to walk atleast 15 minutes to get in the main road. You need a car here. Breakfast forget it. First hour i stayed here there was no electricity. Happened 3 times in 3 days I complained nothing happened. Better stay in fira centre than here

mala actitud de la persona que nos recibio nos dio de mala gana las llaves de la habitacion como si no hubieramos pagado por ella, no dio clave de internet ni ninguna otra indicacion, el hotel queda en una zona desolada donde no hay transporte publico y no es cierto que este cerca de Fira o otro pueblo, solo hay predios baldios algunos con escombros y basura, la habitacion solo tenia una toma de corriente que funciona la cual era usada para la nevera, la habitacion es oscura como una cueva y el baño tiene mal olor. Si no se tiene auto es muy complicado llegar o salir desde la via principal hay 15 min caminado por una via oscura sin andenes.
