I want to mention that we travel frequently, and this was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had. The first major issue was that the property did not match the description or photos online. We raised this with the staff (Anna was our main point of contact), but the response was limited to a simple apology with no meaningful resolution. When we requested a villa change, we were told the property was fully booked despite visibly vacant units next to ours. The second and most disruptive issue was the indoor hot tub. It was not functioning properly, it remained cold, leaked continuously and made loud, persistent noises throughout the night. This appeared to be related to faulty jets or drainage. As a result, we were unable to sleep for all three nights of our stay. What was particularly frustrating is that we had been briefly warned about “occasional sounds” during check-in, but the reality was far worse. Housekeeping attempted temporary fixes in the mornings, but the problem returned every night. On the third day, no one came at all, and the issue was left unresolved. Despite our request to fix sk we could peacefully have breakfast in the room (since it was raining that day), no action was taken. Instead, we were offered a late checkout, which was intolerable. We left way earlier for our 14hrs long journey and we will never return here. I would strongly advise you to be cautious when booking, as the online description is tricky and does not match the actual property
