"While it is a short walk down a steep hill to the entrance, the hotel is worth it! We arrived very late, around 11pm, because of a flight delay. I don't remember the name of the man at the desk, but he greeted us by name & helped us up the stairs with the luggage. There was a balcony that we sat on at night. "We enjoyed our stay. We were here for 3 nights in July. We were greeted by George who met us when we got off our transfer to carry our luggage to the hotel. In hindsight this was critical as Santorini is exceptionally hilly with many steps, stone streets and tight areas. "Wonderful helpful staff, held our bags until we left for airport so we could explore a few more hours and arranged all our transport. Fantastic location. Pool hours are a bit restrictive opening at 11 and closing at nine 19. Housekeepers started dropping off cleaning supplies over an hour before checkout time which was a bit awkward. Overall a great experience."
