Quarto ruim para família, não tem cama de casal, somente beliches. Quanto ao banheiro, não há box nem desnível só banheiro, assim o piso todo encharca e tem um rodo para os hóspedes puxar a água. Algo inaceitável pelo preço que pagamos e pelo hotel ter a própria equipe de limpeza. Ponto positivo é o ar condicionado que é novo e gela bem e o café da manhã que é ótimo, bastante opção e tudo muito gostoso

Quarto extremamente pequeno, mas isso já sabíamos. A pia do banheiro estava entupida. O vaso sanitário com vazamento o tempo todo e a noite o som do vazamento não nos deixava dormir. Avisei duas vezes na recepção e nada foi feito. Lamentável! Ibis, nunca mais!

Limpeza péssima, banheiro cheio de lodo até no botão da descarga, camas terríveis, eles vendem como quarto triplo, mas a terceira cama fica dentro do armário e quando vc abre a cama não tem espaço para colocar malas nem mochilas no quarto, e metade do corpo da pessoa fica dentro do armário. Tamanho minúsculo, não tem nenhum lugar para apoiar uma mochila, nada. Banheiro sem tranca, box não fecha e alaga o banheiro. Péssimo, nunca fiquei em um Íbis tão ruim.

O quarto estava limpo, cama confortável e chuveiro excelente. A limpeza e arrumação eram feitas diariamente e a camareira muito educada e atenciosa. Mas quem me chamou muito a atenção era o rapaz responsável pelo restaurante no café da manhã. Proativo, prático, extremamente simpático e educado. Infelizmente não sei o nome, mas um profissional difícil de encontrar atualmente.
