The hotel staff are polite but could be more informed about what’s around the hotel and transportation options for guests, restaurants in the area etc. "

The 2nd day when we arrived at 5 pm, the room was not done. I had to argue to get it done. The manager didn't apologize and the staff discussed between them who was going to clean the room. I will never go back to this hotel."
