Staff very helpful and friendly ready to provide help with restaurant choices, directions, etc. This is not the typical hotel, very well decorated with sofas on the hallways and with art and history books of Firenze. Close to the Tram station by the university that takes you to and from the airport. The location is perfect to walk to the museums and far enough to avoid the huge tourist crowds. Great restaurants nearby and if you miss a McDonald’s hamburger, available at the corner of the street."

Nice clean well appointed rooms with amenities - water, mini bar, toiletories, tea / coffee maker. True to its name the Social Hub is buzzing with life, live events, friendly and conversational staff. The hotel is in the heart of the city with gorgeous views. The rooftop bar and pool with a view of the duomo are the highlights of this hotel. They have an excellent rooftop gym too with a view of the city and duomo. Very happy with our stay here! "

"I recently traveled to Florence with a friend, and stayed six nights a the lovely Villa Neroli. The staff was welcoming, and helpful as we set out to navigate Florence. We began each day with a wonderful breakfast. There were so many options to choose from. Most days we took the #17 bus (about a ten minute walk from the hotel) into Florence city center for a 1.70 Euro. It was inexpensive and convenient (about 25 minutes) into the city center. It was always nice to return to such a lovely environment at the end of a long day. I would happily return to Villa Neroli, and will recommend to to friends and family who may be traveling to Florence. "
