Really nice, very spacious property with a large (30m) shared pool. It is some way out of Sanur but a taxi is less than £3 each way (use Grab app). Staff are incredibly helpful and will serve breakfast or any other meals for a very reasonable cost and do all washing up etc. Local beach is not for swimming in but makes for a nice walk into the port.

Helpful and friendly staff plus the French manager is also present and she shows genuine interest in your experiences at the hotel. Central location in Sanur - close to beach, plus a range of restaurants and bars.We also borrowed bikes from the hotel (free of charge) - a great way to see the whole length of Sanur along the beachside path....

Great location within easy access to the airport. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious room. Good air-con. Clean and well-presented throw-out our stay. The food was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The quiet adults only pool was lovely and peaceful and we were well looked after by their team of staff. The additional activities were well explained. The check-out was easy. In all it was a lovely stay at the Meru. We will recommend this to our friends. Thanks to all.

Absolutely amazing place -- so much more than expected. Staff were extremely friendly and service was second to none (bringing breakfast to the room etc, and it was delicious). The villa was huge, as was the pool, and absolutely beautifully done. nothing quite like waking up with a pool at the end of your bed in the sunshine ! The hotel's shuttle/free taxi to Sanur was great, available whenever needed and unlike some hotels it ran until 11pm giving plenty of time to have dinner and drinks out.
