"看到網路上評分極高才訂的，但很失望．此次給分恐怕要降低整體評分了．
1.櫃檯沒有人，有事找老闆只能打手機．
2.電視沒有訊號，無論是切換到HDMI1，HDMI2，有線電視或無線電視都一樣．
3.網路龜速，只能用Line，連上網找資料都會掛點，更遑論使用Youtube了，原以為是該處的基地台問題，但我個人手機是可以觀賞Netflix的，只能切回自己手機的網路．
4.有附燒水壺，但電源線頭是三叉的，房內都是二孔插座，無法使用．後來發現有貼告示，只能到一樓飲水機取水，甚是不便．有生以來頭一次遇到這種情況．
5.房價看似有競爭力，但若綜合上述情形，CP值並不算高．"

缺點：
硬體設備：按摩浴缸生鏽，浴室櫃子老舊櫃門歪斜（雖然不影響使用）。
人員欠缺教育訓練：初到之時，在車庫門口停等了10分鐘，搞不清楚怎麼開門。（人員也沒有幫忙開門及說明）
淋浴間內附有洗髮精及沐浴乳，人員未說明清楚。致電詢問櫃檯。得到的回應是洽詢櫃檯。後來到櫃檯後，另外有人員說明才知道在牆壁上。"
