"This hotel is situated in a convenient location in Taipei, close in proximity to the metro, shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing in general parks, museums, night markets etc.) the hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. It has a fitness center and multiple onsite restaurants for breakfast buffet and fine dining. However, it does not have amenities like ice and vending machines and a bar like the other newer hotels in the area but the hotel rate is also a tad lower."

"We chose this hotel to reminisce our stay in 2011 when we brought our kids to visit Taiwan for the first time. While the grandeur of the hotel is still evident, it does feel a bit dated. However, the hospitality services, from check-in to the bell captain and concierge desk, were exceptional and showcased their professionalism. The location is great - I would definitely return. "
