"Staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Gym yoga mat area needs to be cleaner, was dusty. Couch at the foot of bed was dirty looking with stains. Otherwise overall very clean, insuite bath was terrific."

The kids enjoyed the arcade room and their tatami room bed. Staff was very helpful and arrived right away to help us with the bed when we requested it. We especially enjoyed the free bikes with children’s seats - it was so easy to bike along the boardwalk right outside, and our sons are already asking to go back. "

"Staff are helpful and polite. Stayed in room with lake view and it was quiet and peaceful (on Friday night). Breakfast variety is plenty too. Hotel provided complimentary fireflies watching as it happened to be fireflies mating season. It’s just a short walk to get public bus to Taichung HSR station and catching ferry at pier. There’s free 2 hours bicycle rental. If you are there on non peak season, they can allow u to use it for a couple hours. "

"Great accommodation in terms of location. They were also very family friendly. I’d pick this one over the other Lealea site because it has elevators. They gave us a baby cot and it was great. I did see some mold at the bathroom. The accommodation isn’t as great as some other 4-star hotels I have been in . "

"A new, very modern property on the main road going through Sun Moon Lake. Rooms spacious and very contemporary with comfortable beds. However, the walls are very thin so everything can be heard from the adjoining rooms and not sure about the clear glass partitioning of the toilet and shower."

"This is my fourth stay in this hotel/resort and I must say that I'm still very impressed with the quality of the place. The room was great with comfortable beds and a nice tub for soaking in the natural hot and cold spring water. However, this is the first time I've visited the hotel during a non-peak period and I was not too pleased with the standard of the breakfast that was served. "We booked the hotel as it provided washing machines for washing clothing. However, it broke down after trying 2 times to wash the clothes which we spend 4 hours trying to find out the problem. In the end, hotel took our clothing to their another branch for washing n come back in a pail (not laundering basket). Tried asking them to send another batch for washing the next day n was rejected.
