"Room is outdated. No accessible outlet. We did not have the body wash, had to call for it. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and accommodating. I forgot his name. He is very helpful and friendly. Daily free bottle water is great! Location is convenient flying in and out to and from the airport."

"I really enjoyed my stay. My floor was quiet. I was able to control the air conditioning; everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s very close to the train station, which made going to other cities for the day more affordable. It’s also near a nice mall which I used to grab an inexpensive meal or two to give my wallet a break! The daily breakfast at the hotel was wonderful with lots to choose from. "the name is not actually Pensao. It took us 15 minutes before we finally decide to check out the place google map keeps taking us. The name of this place is Praca de figuierra local stay. Hotel doesn't have elevator and it's on the third floor. The front of this hotel is a bit sketchy as there were people doing drugs on the alley. Our room is big enough for 4 people. Washroom is big. The area also close to tourist area."

"We stayed here on our last night before flying back home to be close to the airport. Very clean and nice hotel about 20-30 from the airport depending on traffic. Breakfast buffet was very nice for $15 Euro. Had a drink at the bar, very nice. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff greeted us as we parked and immediately took our bags to our rooms as we checked in. Found fresh fruit, port, soda and water waiting in rooms, all standard and included. Staff was knowledgeable and exceedingly friendly. Best stay while in Portugal for 2 weeks. Highly recommend."
