"All the sheets and bath towels were stained. The floors were a bit dirty as well even after being cleaned. I would have rated 3 maybe even 4 stars if it was well cleaned. I gave it 2 stars mostly because it was extremely noisy. Starting at 5am with drunk guests arriving and then at 7am a family making excessive noise."

"Pior experiência que já tive em um hotel na minha vida. Quando chegamos tinha hóspedes de outro quarto com som na maior altura, depois de muito insistir e brigar na recepção eles abaixaram. Depois resolvesos usar a banheira privativa do quarto e estava com muita sujeira e falaram que a equipe de limpeza só vinha no dia seguinte. Não saia água quente nem no chuveiro nem na banheira. E a pior coisa de todas, o quarto estava infestado de baratas, foram mais de 10, tenho fotos e vídeos pra provar....
