"The property and room were nice BUT communication with the host was very poor , the refrigerator smelled like a dead animal, it was awful, it was very hard to get the key out of the keyhole when opening the door to the loft, the bathroom has a double door that was very hard to close , it was broken, you had to squat down to pull both doors from the bottom, not convenient at all. "The room and furniture was relatively new, but not very high quality. (Think IKEA.) When we arrived we had very limited time before the front desk staff were done for the day (6:30 PM) so we felt really rushed through checking in. The building is a bit of a maze, elevators don't operate from main floor to top floor. We had to take 1, walk through a dark hall, climb a flight of stairs (not just a few as the front staff stated) and then go up a different elevator to reach our room. We had heavy...
