O atendimento foi excelente, o restaurante tem uma boa comida! O hotel está passando por uma reforma e acredito que deverá melhorar. Os móveis dos quartos são um pouco antigos. A nota mais baixa se deve ao fato de, quando entramos no quarto, havia uma barata. Foram lá matar, mas ela passou pela toalha e etc, e nem perguntaram se queríamos fazer a troca, tampouco ofereceram trocar de quarto. Nós que tivemos que pedir tudo isso e dormimos com medo a noite toda.

El hotel cumple es enorme, nos tocó muy lejos de la recepción. Hubo algunas dificultades que se solucionaron rápido pero siempre yendo a la recepción que tomaba mucho tiempo

Passamos apenas uma noite, pois estávamos voltando da Argentina de carro. Quarto razoável, cama confortável. Chuveiro elétrico (não aquece muito) e torneira automática (difícil até de lavar as mãos, pois ficava aberta 3seg). Não iríamos usar a piscina, mas esta sem condições de uso. Café da manhã okay, mas só até 9h. Está em obra e já havia barulho das camareiras desde ás 7h. Não acho que o custo/benefício compensou.

Boa opção

Uma alternativa para quem está de passagem. Possui um bom atendimento, são atenciosos, mas no quarto onde ficamos a porta fechava apenas com muito esforço, o que causava um grande ruído. Acredito que outros quartos estavam com esse mesmo problema, visto que o barulho que eu fazia ao fechar a porta, podia ser notado vindo de outros quartos. Além disso, apesar de na descrição informar que existe isolamento acústico, ele não existe. No quarto é possível ouvir as atividades e conversa dos outros quartos e do entorno.

O apartamento que nos foi disponibilizado, era minúsculo, com espaço apenas para uma pessoa no máximo e não para um casal, não tinha armário nem cabine para pendurar os casacos. Tão desconfortável que solicitamos a troca de acomodações. Tendo que um valor de R$ 37,00 a mais para um apartamento luxo, mas, também um quarto simples, somente maior. Igualmente, o café da manhã, decepcionante com frutas estragadas. O ponto positivo foi a limpeza.

Muito a desejar....

Local de acesso bom, mas atendimento confuso, não sabiam que a compra tinha sido debitada no cartão pelo app, quase fomos cobrados com duplicidade, a pessoa que foi tirar a nota fiscal, extremamente grossa e de má vontade, e o valor naõ saiu igual ao pago no app. O quarto é simples, e a limpeza deixa muito a desejar(Cabelos espalhados na roupa de cama, e box do banheiro sujo de cabelo).
