"We arrived at the property and noted to be warm and somewhat humid inside the unit. We noticed that the unit is not blowing cold air. The fan was working well though. We contacted the responsible party. He guided me to some setting changes but, it didn't change anything. The outside street air was much cooler than inside. We left the windows open. "Perfect location for exploring Porto. Hotel in old historic building, nicely refurbished and finished inside in combination of traditional and modern / artistic style. Staff excellent - Ajita who welcomed us on our arrival was so nice, polite and helpful that we felt comfortable and relaxed from the first second. "Stayed here for 1 night only. Two adults one young child so was fine for us. Short walk form Bolhao metro station. Sofa bed was very short but no issues for our child but wouldn't recommend for an adult. That said, me our needs and kitchenette was very useful. Roof terrace was lovely in the evening and staff were great."

"Location is excellent. Hotel is simple, almost minimalist but had everything I wanted. Comfortable bed, nice sheets, quiet room, air conditioning that isn’t noisy and isn’t over top of the bed. A kettle, bathroom counter space, a big shower, nice towels. Room for suitcases, a desk and a chair. No musty smell or questionable carpets. Clean. Affordably priced."

"The place is truly a hidden gem. You feel like a guest in a home. It’s decorated beautifully. I normally struggle with sleeping in hotels but I was getting the best night sleep. The place has a coat feel even though it’s decorated like a place out of a magazine. All the staff were very helpful and extremely nice. I definitely recommend that you book your stay here. I had a wonderful time."
