I stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life. This one is top 10 of the worst. Lots of basics missing like a simple holder in the shower box or a leaking box and mold all over the place, and much more. The positive side: it's near a nice beach.

Não pretendo mais me hospedar nesse local

Experiência horrível. As suítes são ruins, os banheiros péssimos, a porta não fechava, a janela do banheiro não garante privacidade, nada funciona nesse lugar. Até às fechaduras eletrônicas das portas estavam sem pilhas. Durante a hospedagem tivemos que mudar de quarto devido a problemas de infiltrações de água nos apartamentos. O hotel realmente está bem próximo ao mar, porém, para curtir praia mesmo só na avenida litorânea que fica distante do hotel. Para quem procura um hotel na frente da praia esse não é o melhor local. O café da manhã é bem fraquinho. Não pretendo mais me hospedar nesse local.

Razoável, o quarto estava limpo, porém o ar-condicionado apesar de está na menor temperatura não gelava, o que causou um pouco de desconforto. O café da manhã simples, e a moça que ficava responsável teve uma atitude grosseira com o meu esposo, tirou a garrafa de leite sem pedir licença mesmo ele usando.

Friendly staff but not comfortable room

Stayed there for a couple of nigths. Good location but the beach was heavily polluted and the staff did not inform about it. I found out by myself (too late) after chatting with an Uber driver and checking it after at the municipality website. All beaches close by are not suitable for ses bathing. Plus the room had a high humidity level and the floor felt like it was glue on it. But they had lovely and friendly staff 👍

VOLTARIA A ME HOSPEDAR

O quarto compartilhado para quatro pessoas é básico. Oferece pouco espaço e conforto para uma estadia de 05 noites. O ventilador é pequeno e não ventila muito, porém devido à excelente localização do hotel que é em frente à praia ele não faz falta. A área de conveniência é ótima para quem deseja apreciar o mar. Já a boa localização permite o acesso aos melhores pontos turísticos e de serviços em São Luís. O banheiro para uso geral fica no andar de baixo, é pequeno e oferece pouca comodidade, enquanto a água do chuveiro é sempre gelada. No mais, recomendo a estadia nos quartos com ar-condicionado e banheiro privativo: o conforto é outro! São Luís é uma cidade linda e repleta de atrativos, a recepção do hotel é informada e têm um ótimo atendimento. A minha experiência foi boa e voltaria a me hospedar de novo. Recomendo!
