Minha estadia foi excelente, o hotel é novo mas surpreendeu, restaurante de qualidade e quartos muitos confortáveis, ambiente tranquilo. O único ponto negativo, o hotel oferece serviço de massagem terceirizado e as pessoas que fizeram a massagem foram de péssimo serviço, nunca fiz uma massagem tão ruim, não vale o preço, não recomendo. E nem se quer foi manifestado preocupação da recepção quanto a reclamação sobre o assunto!

‼️== Atenção == ‼️ 🧫 Alimentação corresponde com o padrão de tarifa vendida, sendo a melhor da localidade. Fomos em outros restaurantes, mas não vale a pena. Café da manhã impecável ! 👍 👨‍🔧🍷 Serviço precisa melhorar muito. Tempo de espera e escassez de vinhos são os principais problemas. Alguns pedidos não eram anotados e outros vinham diferente do pedido. 👎 📥 Apesar do Check-in estar previsto para as 14h o nosso quarto só foi liberado as 17h, um absurdo e ainda nos fizeram parecer que o problema era nosso. 👎 🚿 O ralo da casa de banho entupiu na maioria das vezes e a água chegou a entrar no quarto !👎 🛌 O quarto é excelente e a piscina privativa uma delícia !👍 💦 A água e especialmente a piscina possui algum problema biológico, mancha a roupa e a pele, deixando-as verdes. Vários relatos de hóspedes e um histórico que demonstra que não estão fazendo nada para resolver p problema. Roupas caras foram danificadas.👎 🏝️ A praia não é indicada para banho, pois possui muita pedra e algas.👎 ⛰️O lugar e a paisagem é muito bonito, mas o conjunto não corresponde com o padrão de excelência representado pelo valor da diária.👎 📇 Existe um problema de gestão central, desde o serviço de quarto até o serviço em geral o que demonstra imaturidade no processo de gestão de hotelaria.👎 ♾️ Em face desses problemas, é especialmente pela falta de solução adequada, não voltaríamos a nos hospedar neste hotel. 👎
