Ocorreu um acidente logo na entrada do apartamento. O espelho de parede é sustentado por dois frágeis parafusos e após um contato involuntário despencou ferindo meu pé direito. No mais, nada a comentar.

Bom hotel

Fiquei hospedada na virada de ano, e pelo custo-beneficio levando em consideração a data e a localização, valeu muito a pena. Fiquei bem surpresa com o microondas e cafeteira dentro do quarto, além de talheres, copos e até pano de prato. Só um destaque para o banheiro que poderia estar em melhores condições, com acabamento mais moderno, entretanto nada que torne a estadia ruim. E o ar condicionado que apesar de novo parece que não gelava o suficiente e também escorria uma água do ar condicionado pela parede que molhou o sofá. Na data que estive, a área de lazer não estava aberta para uso. Café da manhã bem saboroso e com boas opções além de bem organizado, com funcionários sempre atentos ao consumo para repor os itens que fossem acabando. No geral, gostei muito de me hospedar nesse Hotel e supriu em 100% a minha necessidade. Recomendo

A localização é ótima para quem precisa estar na Paulista. O Serviço, de uma forma geral, é excelente. Só alguns cabelos no banheiro que não achei legal. Poderiam ter atentado-se, já que percebi de imediato.

Este hotel es satélite al hospital sirio libanés, es de agradecer la sensibilidad de todo el personal. He visto pacientes ambulatorios de tratamiento oncologico, familiares de pacientes y en el hotel el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar o solucionar los “detalles” que puedan facilitar una estancia que es difícil. Hotel num geral mto bom. Cama confortável, quarto bem espaçoso. Só não gostei do chuveiro que o espaço do boxe é pequeno e a água vai direto no vidro do boxe. Então fica difícil tomar banho. Ar condicionado tbm estava com defeito, não cheguei a reclamar Porq não foi preciso usar. Café da manhã mto bom e localização ótima tbm.

Esta es la tercera vez que me hospedo en el hotel. Sigue teniendo los puntos fuertes de cercanía al Sirio Libanés (mi viaje fue por motivos de salud), amabilidad de su personal y excelente desayuno. Como en la oportunidad anterior el cofre de seguridad de la habitación asignada no estaba asegurado, me cambiaron de habitación en la que el horno microndas no funcionaba, pero fue reemplazado por otro que no tuvo problema. El cordón para tender ropa en el baño estaba inutilizable, esto no fue solucionado. Excepto por estos detalles mi estadía en el hotel fue grata.
