Nice but moisy

The shower was very good .but was put by the elevator and it made alot of noise when it would operate and was here on a friday night so music from the night ciub would echo on the buidings. The breakfast was exxelent as well

A nota baixa aqui não é tão justa. A localização é excelente, quarto é bom, chuveiro é muito bom tbm. A cama é mais durinha, mas não me incomodou. O café da manhã é ok, tem o básico, mas a cara de algumas coisas pareciam que não eram do dia. Impressão que guardam o que sobra do dia anterior para usar no dia seguinte. Meu ponto de estresse foi com a recepcionista Yasmim, de cabelo curtinho. Eu e um amigo de trabalho saímos para um compromisso achando que voltaríamos até 12h, para só pegar as malas e ir embora, mas atrasou e retornamos pouco depois das 14h só para retirar as malas que estavavam no quarto. Ela mandou msgm por volta de meio dia e expliquei a situação e pedi se podiam segurar um pouco, pois já estávamos retornando. Ela não respondeu mais e segurou para responder depois que deu 14hs, avisando que teríamos que pagar uma taxa de mais de R$ 220. Na recepção, com essa atendente, ela se mostrou irredutível a qualquer tipo de diálogo e deu umas 2 desculpas diferentes quando pedimos para falar com a gerência. Outro atendente chegou depois e nos atendeu, e já no primeiro contato foi uma abordagem totalmente diferente da Yasmin, que parecia querer propor mais problemas do que diálogo. Explicamos a situação para esse outro atendente, que foi super solicito e muito compreensível. Ele propôs uma solução, diferente da outra atendente, que só ficou dando desculpas. Voltaria a me hospedar, só iria me recusar a ser atendido por essa recepcionista em questão.
