Never again at Charlie. Second time that I get stuck outdoors with suitcases and no access due to some system issue. This is Brazil! Pretty scary. No hairdryer, mold in bathroom, no soap or shampoo holder - had to leave on sink and keep shower door open, one face towel for 2 people to share, no kitchen towel or paper, one knife to be shares by two guests, couch was so dirty I could not sit there, dirty windows, not to say the foul smell coming from drains… Pretty decadent.

The details of checking in were not sent by checkin time as indicated they would be. The entry into the building was confusing and did not work as indicated having a code or some other way of entry besides facial recognition and verbally saying name and room number would be better.

No communication before checkin. Arrived and there was someone there - but it took an hour waiting to check in. They ask you to communicate on WhatsApp - but they took hours to reply. It was stressful. Had two apartments - different conditions. No hair dryer or working steamer in one apartment.

The property is tired and unclean. The bathrooms have mould all over the walls and ceilings - that’s a health concern. The towel rails are all hanging off the wall by a thread, the dry wall is cracked in large panels and look like they started but didn’t finish with construction. No shelf in the shower but there are the hooks it would hang off of. The blind in the living room is torn, the tv unit is falling apart and looks like the tv will fall over at any point. It’s a great little apartment, but it needs to be fixed up. The couch is so uncomfortable you almost don’t want to sit on it. Kitchen is also not stocked with anything, not even garbage bags. Also, don’t be fooled into thinking you can do laundry. I bought all the products and put it in the machine to have security call me and say I wasn’t allowed to because I’m a short term tenant. Waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Excelente hospedagem, limpeza, atendimento, conforto. Única observação eh já que não tem limpeza e serviços de hotel, poderiam disponibilizar material para fazermos a limpeza do quarto, vassoura, pano chão e etc.

Tudo ok

O apartamento é muito bom, dois quartos e dois banheiros. Eu só precisava pernoitar em São Paulo e o que chama mais a atenção é a proximidade com a Avenida Paulista. As toalhas estavam um pouco manchadas, mas a cama limpa e confortável. O checkin por aplicativo foi diferente, interessante, mas ter que falar nome e CPF toda vez para entrar no prédio foi um pouco chato. Me hospedaria novamente.

Mal mal no me pude comunicar con la propiedad ni expedía rente dos habitaciones éramos 7 personas una habitación tenía solo una cama éramos 3 personas fue una persona de o 3 era edad de 83 años tengo evidencias , les envié los documentos (pasaporte ) está ahí los documentos estuvimos 3 días la persona que es mayor de edad se quedó en el suelo
