It is always great to stay at the Charlie properties. This particular one lacks curtains in the balcony, what would reduce the heat, and more powerful ACs, as the best place to remotely work in the apartment is the balcony. Besides it, amazing stay! Great communication.

Terrible

Overall a bad experience, starting with the automated chatbot service, which is terrible and gives zero trust in the pre-checkin phase. I was so insecure about arriving after hours and not being able to get in in the middle of the night, that I paid for a night in a hotel before checking in the next morning. But the worst was yet to come. Although the apartment has a great location and is in a high-end building, the dirt, the lack of basic maintenance and the lack of attention to detail, was scary. Disgusting.

O que me chamou a atenção na propriedade foram os cômodos separados, a existência de um lavabo e área de serviço privada com uma lava e seca. Uma excelente opção para quem vai de dupla e gosta de privacidade. Nesse apt da para ficar assistindo tv ou trabalhando na sala enquanto a outra pessoa dorme sossegada. Acho só que os acabamentos já estavam um pouco desatualizados e bem gastos, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia.

ANUNCIO FALSO

Viajo mucho a São Paulo por trabajo. Y puedo afirmar que esta ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en años arrendando departamentos. No confíen en este anuncio. No solo las fotos no corresponden al apartamento que luego te entregan (en las fotos se ve que tiene orientación a la Av. JK y una altura de un 18° y el que te entregan es un nivel mucho más bajo orientado a las traseras del edificio) sino que además ante la reclamación por publicidad engañosa el equipo de CHARLIE, sencillamente, se lava las manos. Una verdadera vergüenza. Añadir que el check-in era a las 15:00h y estuve 1h30 hasta que alguien decidió responderme por whatsapp para darme las coordenadas de acceso al apartamento. Por último los acabados y la limpieza del mismo dejaban muchísimo que desear. La cama con cabellos y la puerta del baño sin pomo e inflada por la humedad de la ducha, entre otras cosas. Espero este comentario sirva para que otras personas no sean estafadas. Saludos,
