The hotel needs to replace the beds. The beds squeezed and you can feel any movements while sleeping. The quick solve of putting a pillow top did not fix the issue.. only covered the problem superficially

It is not the first time I stayed in this hotel. Even though it was Ok in a general sense, my wife and I got very much disappointed because the level of the breakfast dropped very much. We have always waited for the "tapiocas" (typical brazilian food) and also "omeletes" (sort of ellaborated scrambled egg) that were prepared at our request. We were given the excuse for not preparing it anymore because some custumers would ask for it and take it to eat later, during the day outside the hotel. Well, I am sure that only a minority would do that, but why punish everybody by the error of some customers? I wish the hotel reviewed their decision on this matter which makes all the difference

Minha estadia no Hilton Garden Inn Santo André foi excelente! Gostei de absolutamente tudo no hotel. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo, confortável e muito silencioso. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, sempre prestativa e educada. O café da manhã era delicioso, variado e com itens sempre frescos. Dispenser dos Shampoo quebrados, não deu para usar durante nossa estadia, ainda bem que levamos aqui de casa. Algumas luzes do quarto estavam queimadas. Nós juntamos dinheiro para ter uma estadia, sabemos da qualidade do hotel...Era nosso aniversário de casamento, nas próximas comemorações passarei em outro Hotel e com certeza não indicarei mais esse hotel para ninguém.Nossa estadia não foi nada agradável.

No geral, o hotel é bom e o serviço eficiente. Não gostei do lay-out do quarto (banheiro sem privacidade). Além disso, alguns itens (suporte do papel, suporte da ducha e toalheiro) estavam soltos, necessitando de manutenção.

Reforma e manutenção urgente

Colocaram em um quarto onde o ar condicionado não funcionava. Avisei na portaria e ficaram de enviar um técnico. Não enviaram ninguém. Reclamei e o atendente noturno prontamente nos trocou de quarto. Mesmo com este transtorno, o batente deste novo quarto estava desencaixado. Muito velho!

Hospedagem razoável. Positivo: localização, café da manhã e limpeza do quarto. Negativo: barulho (insolmento acústico muito ruim), manutenção de área de circulação (corredor de acesso aos apartamento com sensor de presença quebrado, necessário usar luz do celular para andar à noite no corredor de acesso ao quarto) .
