Quarto super simples com pouca limpeza, pessoal da limpeza de quarto não limpa direito e só forraram a cama, tivemos que descer 2 da madrugada pq não tinha água no frigobar, o café da manhã é repetitivo, ar condicionado gelando bem, mas faz muito barulho, a rua não é tão barulhenta, mas as vezes sim!, chuveiro com boa potência e água bem quente, portaria 24 horas, e funcionários até que educado, pelo preço vale a pena pois a localização me surpreendeu, super segura e com muitos policiais próximos, no fim.. valeu a pena! Metrô próximo e da pra ir a pé ao Brás e 25 de março, mercadão de SP e etc.. até q recomendo se vc tiver sem grana

É um hotel com decoração antiga, mas bem charmosa. Quarto e banheiro limpos e camas confortáveis. Minhas ressalvas foram: • Chuveiro um pouco difícil de regular, ficando sempre em temperaturas extremas. • O controle do ar-condicionado não funcionava. • Café da manhã com certa demora na limpeza das mesas. • TV numa posição muito alta e com a tela escura dificultando um pouco a visualização. Mas, no geral, foi uma estadia bem confortável e atendeu muito bem às expectativas.

Primeiro quando chegamos nos mandaram 2x para quarto errado. O quarto que ficamos, estava sujo, inclusive com cabelo no box e chiclete colado atrás da cama. Sem telefone no quarto. Barata no buffet do cafe da manha. Um verdadeiro horror.
