There is same homeless people around the neighborhood, but once you are inside the hotel is totally safe and comfortable, plus your can order dinner online

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Room was not as advertised but I guess we just got one of the smaller rooms in a weird corner. Bathroom can use an update. Downtown has many homeless people and feels a bit sketchy after dark.

There is a very high homeless population, near and around the hotel. I was also told on several occasions not to have my phone in my hand outside. Apparently people are snatching cell phones.

The hotel is old, but that is not the excuse to be in poor condition. The wood frame of the room door was in bad condition, the bathroom has a huge drain on the floor, smells so bad that the bathroom window had to be open all the time, the toilet seat wobbles, the shower room has mould around. The hotel corridor was only lit by sound, total darkness if without sound, scary feeling. Also smells in the corridor. There was no exclusive guest elevator at all. The elevator was very small and slow, and shared with housekeeping. The front desk receptionist speaks little English, making communications extremely hard. We checked in at 6 pm but apparently were not expected. The front desk spent 15 minutes to find a room for us, unbelievable. We requested twin beaded room and were given a single bedded room in the beginning. Hotel is central location, however, one of the most unsafe areas of San Paulo. We learnt until getting there from the taxi driver who took us for the airport that crime rate was very high in that neighborhood. Police was seen on every street around the hotel. We traveled three weeks in central and South America, and this is worst hotel we stayed. If we didn’t prepay for 4 nights, we wouldn’t hesitate to change hotel. The worst hotel ever stayed.

Dessa vez estava ruim

O hotel é um dos melhores na regiao da República, entretanto falta informação para os funcionários. A atendente tentou me convencer que duplo e triplo são categorias de quarto, isso é quantidade de hóspedes. Categoria é standart, superior, luxo etc. As toalhas estava desgastadas, rotas e a ponto de rasgar, o lençol com manchas e demoraram 45 minutos para trazer meu carro. Há 20 dias atrás as condições de hospedagem foram melhores, mas dessa vez os aborrecimentos foram maiores.
Toalhas quase se fibras para secar. Uma vergonha um hotel deixar um trapo desse para o hóspede usar.

Quarto limpo e também bem confortável e espaçoso, nada pequeno, como fui no frio não usei ar condicionado, mas estava tudo em excelente estado, cama muito boa, lençóis e cobertores muito macios e confortáveis e os travesseiros eram muito bons, tive uma ótima noite de sono, mas ao melhor ainda foi o café da manhã, possuia uma ótima variedade de pratos quentes, amei que tinha Cuscuz e batata doce , vitamina de abacate mtoo bom, aaah e os ovos mexidos exelente , cremoso e muito bem feitos, nada de exesso de manteiga e nem creme de leite, realmente me surpreendeu e os funcionarios muito solitos, e ótimo atendimento.

Dentre os hotéis do centro de SP, sem dúvidas está entre os melhores em termos de localização, limpeza, estado do quarto, atendimento e café da manhã. Só a parte do estacionamento precisa melhorar, pois o manobrista chegou a demorar 35 com o carro. Deveria ter a opção de você mesmo poder retirar o carro nos horários mais concorridos...
