Nice staff, but that’s it! This hotel is falling apart and desperately needs serious refurbishment. The bathroom is covered in dangerous mold, posing a real health risk. The restaurant is terrible—breakfast was inedible, especially in a country known for its amazing food. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Het hotel is voor ons handig gelegen. De medewerkers bij de receptie zijn erg vriendelijk. De kamer is groot genoeg om er een tijd te blijven. Naar keuze kan gebruik worden gemaakt van het ontbijt. De prijs kwaliteitsverhouding is erg goed.

A estadia foi quase perfeita, não fosse a surpresa que tive ao receber a informação de que minha reserva havia sido feita sem a inclusão do café da manhã!!?? É um item que sempre coloco como filtro juntamente com o cancelamento gratuito, mas ao ir verificar minha reserva no aplicativo, percebi que um termo usado pelo APP Hotel.COM me "enganou", pois consta 'café da manhã disponível', com a omissão do mais importante: que será cobrada uma taxa! Considero desonesto da parte do Hotel.com proceder dessa forma, pois conduz seus clientes a esse tipo de decisão equivocada, presumindo ter contratado com o citado, e ter escolhido a melhor oferta de preço, fato que não corresponde à verdade.

Hotel deixou a desejar um pouco…hotel velho … quartos conjugados, muito barulhento… café da manhã 50,00 reais por pessoa… estacionamento 34,00 por dia… cortina do meu quarto estava mofada! Deveriam ter um pouco mais de cuidado! Não indico se for ficar mais de uma noite!

Hotel confortável mas é possível ser mal atendido

A estadia foi muito boa. Contudo, no último dia, havia combinado com uma atendente que estenderia o check out até 18h. Quando deu 12h em ponto, uma atende ligou em nosso quarto, salvo engano Daiane, e de forma muito ríspida nos disse que precisaríamos sair. Expliquei que havia combinado com a outra atendente e ela não aceitou. disse que não havia possibilidade. Ela não quis conversa. Eu simplesmente ignorei e saí apenas 18h pagando o devido valor. Achei um absurdo! Cheguei a falar com ela que registraria formalmente o fato.
