Bien situé mais quelques soucis
Avantages - Emplacement dans un super quartier - 15min à pieds du metro (ligne 4 jaune) - Gentillesse du personnel - Appartement qui donne sur une cour (et non sur une route) Inconvénients - Odeur forte à l'entrée dans les lieux probablement liée à l'humidité (tâches sur le matelas) et à la présence d'un fumeur sur les locataires d'avant (présence d'un trou de cigarette dans le draps) - nous avons dû changer les oreillers et aérer de longues heures pour réduire un peu l'odeur qui n'est jamais vraiment partie - Cuisine assez mal équipée (pas de plaque à notre arrivée, nous avons dû faire une demande particulière. Une plaque nous a été apportée / hotte qui ne fonctionne pas...) - pas de fenêtres (seulement des volets), ce qui ne permet pas de limiter le bruit causé par les voisins et les bars aux alentours le weekend (pour notre cas, une famille avec enfants était dans l'appartement qui dispose d'une terrasse et nous étions reveillés tous les matins dès leur petit déjeuner) - Douche très tiède En plus des différents points au dessus, nous n'avons pas eu de wifi pendant 5j dû à un problème dans rue. Ceci n'est pas de la faute du logement mais aucune solution compensatoire nous a été proposée pour le dédommagement (idem pour l'odeur).

Ótima relação custo benefício!
O local é bom, apesar do trafego intenso na rua, o barulho não incomoda dentro do apartamento. Peca pela falta de estacionamento, já que é quase impossível parar o carro nas ruas próximas. O box de banho merece um rejunte novo para remover o mofo!
