Overall a handy lil hotel, I would add a small microwave or toaster oven to the rooms for guests with longer stays (longer than 2 nights). Well appointed, just outside the city, but withing walking distance to many things!

the four nights you stayed, you couldn't sleep because of the noise in the hotel. unfortunately it is likely that I will not return anymore. but I hope that in the near future they will resolve the situation so as not to have inconvenience with other guests.

Great Stay in SP!
Great, budget-friendly hotel in a good part of the city. The place it pretty well kept and very clean. The room was, overall, comfortable. The shower was hot with great pressure. The only real dings in terms of comfort were that the street below is noisy and the bed only had one pillow per person. Staff were friendly and tried their best to help in English. Cafe connected to the hotel has really great coffee and breakfast, too.

Very easy to do check in and communicate via WhatsApp for assistance. They should include on email that supporting documents should have been provided to speed up check in. Overall a very good experience and would recommend and stay there again. Lots of restaurants in the area, good amenities and cleanliness. 😊

Great value in São Paulo!
Amazing value in São Paulo! Safe area, spacious rooms, reliable internet. Truly the only thing missing was free continental breakfast. This truly was one of the best values I’ve found in São Paulo (and I’ve stayed in probably a dozen hotels over the years).

Charlie sent an email stating an access code and room number would be given by 15:00 on the day of check-in, nothing received by 16:00. Texted the service number provided, usual chat bot. Eventually got a human on the line only to be told it was a mistake and all I had to do was go to the property and speak with the porter. Usual faux apologies followed. I was so annoyed by this stage I booked into the Ibis Hotel next door. Will not be using this hotel service again.

Private, quiet and central suites. Easy walking distance to popular areas to visit, but peaceful to relax at too. Clean, modern and well maintained building, with friendly and multilingual staff.

Otimo pelo custo beneficio e localizacao.
Otimo custo beneficio, porem a questao da limpeza ser paga por nao ser um hotel propriamente dito e sim um flat, atrapalha principalmente em epoca de pandemia onde a limpeza regular é fundamental.

No geral foi uma boa estadia. O quarto é bem espaçoso, e o endereço bem localizado. Contudo, gostaria de sugerir que a cortina fosse lavada com frequência, pois o seu aspecto estava bastante encardido e o ar condicionado estava gotejando.

Flat novo e moderno, com sala de estar, frigobar e chaleira elétrica. Ar condicionado novo. Cama excelente. Eenxoval de cama e banho idem. Chuveiro muito bom. Espaçoso e muito funcional. Muito limpo. Arrumação diária, mediante agendamento no dia anterior. Itens de higiene gratuitos de excelente qualidade. Vedação de luz muito boa. Estacionamento no local, pago a parte. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Localização excepciona. Há 1km da Av. Paulista com restaurantes, padaria, lojas de conveniência, farmácia, postos de gazolina e varios outros ao lado e na mesma Av. Ótimo custo beneficio.

Ótimo flat, roupas de cama limpas e de qualidade, banho muito quente e com ótimo volume, sofá muito bom, ar condicionado gela bem, frigobar gelando bem, banheiro bom só faltando alguns ajustes na torneira que não fechava. Ponto do flat excelente, do lado do metrô paraíso, esquadrias com bom isolamento acústico. Piscina da cobertura muito boa, usei por vários dias. Funcionários da recepção muito educados e atenciosos.

Localização excelente, próximo a metrô e com vários locais para alimentação. Quarto amplo e confortável. Único senão é que a comunicação externa com a recepção é difícil. Esqueci uma sacola e tive que fazer mais de 10 ligações até achar o telefone da recepção e informar o esquecimento.

Precisa melhorar muito
O rejunte do banheiro era limo a todo canto, chuveirinho está vazando, a comunicação zero só através de robô, later checkout ou chegar mais cedo , esquece! Você fica na rua! Travesseiro um só fino que você nem repara que tem travesseiro, ar condicionado com a paleta quebrada e parede do quarto suja respingada de sei lá o que e no sofá uma marca “redonda” esbranquiçada. Fora isso foi tudo bem kkkkk ah! A recepção os meninos são muuuuito simpáticos!
