"Personal debe ser más agradable por ejemplo no debe usar tanto el NO y NO SE PUEDE y en su lugar decir: Vamos a hacer lo mejor posible! Al final es un NO pero dicho de otra forma y da a entender que se preocupan por ayudar al cliente que al final de cuentas es quien ayuda a los empleados a tener su salario, la habitación es limpia y el personal de limpieza es amable contrario al del mostrador de entrada donde además de ser poco amables tienen una sola persona con un sistema de check in muy...

"The place was very good for a short stay. Communication with staff should be improved in English; more staff needed to attend guests coming from flights in the early hours of next day (between 00:00 and 6:00am). Overall, a pleasant, well done and practical hotel at the airport."
