"Plan to be hungry, and the place is very run down, doors do not close, Windows that do not close, seems the owner just really does not care about you or your experience. Mano Juan is a cool place, glad we went. Wish we stayed anywhere else. Casa Rosada...waste of time."

"This is the 4th time we stay we loved it the first few times but it seems now they are renovating some things . Some amenities like some pools and areas will be closed least in our time there . Food prices increased. Service is still pretty good . Luxury 3 villa lacked of comforters not a big deals but they only provided some throw blankets that were still too small for the beds . Over all we would come back."

"Front desk was super accommodating and was able to get us checked in a few hours earlier than expected. They were friendly, helpful and the room was so clean and modern. The european energy saving amenties and fixtures were a first for us and we loved it!"

"The staff was very friendly, however the resort itself was quite small, with not a lot to do besides the few scheduled activities. The pools were nice, but close early at 7pm. There isn’t much that happens after 10pm. Like many 3d world countries, there is garbage found around the property, but it’s more so in the bushes. The room was nice. However, when you go to an all inclusive, you expect to have room amenities, we didn’t have shampoo or body wash… so that was unfortunate. Overall, good...

"Sehr unfreundliches Personal, Internet war ausgefallen u. allen männlichen Angestellten war das egal und machten nichts. Nur die Dame von der Rezeption war bemüht und besorgte uns nach langer zeit einen neuen Router. Wir hatten Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer/Bäder aber Schlafzimmer sind ohne Fernseher, winzig u. unerträglichen Schimmelgeruch!!!! Keine Zimmerreinigung obwohl bei Expedia so angegeben! Toilettenpapier muss man sich selber kaufen! wir waren richtig froh diesen Resort wieder zu verlassen...

Check in process was easy. 24 hours before my expected arrival I sent the host a message through the expedia app and she responded with my room number and lock code to enter the room. I found the code lock to be extremely handy so I didn't have to worry about losing a key or key card while at the beach. This property is an apartment style building right in the neighborhood.
